Our annual teen summits provide the foundation of our engagement with the youth in our communities. These 1- to 2-day events are filled with educational workshops and breakout sessions run by subject matter experts and professionals.

Our annual teen summits provide the foundation of our engagement with the youth in our communities. These 1- to 2-day events are filled with educational workshops and breakout sessions run by subject matter experts and professionals.
Some 132 women out of every 100,000 are behind bars -- almost double the national average. The traditional leader of the home is absent, leaving many children devoid of counsel, angry with authority figures, and confused about many things in life.
The summit is a two-day workshop and panel discussion where teenage girls are allowed to listen to speakers on topics most relevant to young ladies today. The entire two days are designed to pour into the young ladies while simultaneously breaking down the walls they've built.
Some of the topics that will be addressed include domestic violence and human sex trafficking awareness bullying, health and fitness, resilience, the importance of education and career development, substance and mental health awareness, financial literacy, and much more. Our vision is that young ladies in our program will rise above adversity, inspire, and educate the community on issues that young ladies face in their lives.
Soaring Eagles believes that by taking time out with the teen girls now, we can help them avoid making bad decisions later.

She attended the Soaring Eagles Youth & Family Services Teen Summit and shared that Premadonna’s story gave her some much-needed hope. She said she felt seen and knew she wasn’t alone. This summit was life-changing for many young ladies.”
Our mission is to continue mentoring these young men in making better life choices by ending generational incarceration, ending gang violence, continuing their education, avoiding teen pregnancy, and progressing toward career development.

Our emphasis on working with the whole family is crucial, as it recognizes that each member plays a vital role in the family's overall well-being. By engaging parents and caregivers in these workshops, we’re helping them become more effective role models and supporters, which can have a profound impact on their children's developmental stages and future success.
